So I've been dieting for about a year and a half now. Thusf ar my results have been very fruitful. I have lost 75 pounds and am very please with my progress. But I have this damned last 15 pounds to lose that just doesn't want to come off. Does anyone have any suggestions about the best way to lose that last bit of weight? I know its the hardest to get off but any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.
