Current Weight: 142
Highest Weight: 145 (after having son)
Lowest Weight: 122 (after having son)
Desired Weight: 128-though i don't mind if i'm 142 and have a tight, toned body. It's not about the weight loss for me... it's about visible results. I'm okay with my size.. just not okay with the flab.
I should mention that i have gained every pound back that i lost after having my child. My methods of weight loss were unhealthy at best, and illegal at worst. I've closed that chapter of my life and i'm ready to make healthier decisions for myself and my son. I want to do it right this time and see permanent results.
I plan on cutting my daily calorie intake dramatically. I plan on 40 minutes of cardio (running) three times a week, in addition to a Pilates Burn and Pilates Abs workout routine daily. On the other four days of the week, i will work on sculpting my arms, legs, booty. I'm wondering if i'm biting off more than i can chew. Does this seem extreme or do-able?
